Umani Ronchi has been family-owned since 1957 and began the Pecorino Project in 2005 as part of a focus on discovering and elevating native grape varieties. This wine was sourced from vines planted in clay and sandy soils and shows citrus, stone fruit, garden herbs, berries and a fine minerality.
