If only because tasting with the team at Planeta is equal parts revelation and comedy, it's hard not to think about and invoke finning things. Like "I want you to cut down the mightiest Plumbago in the forest...with a herring!" But not too big. But this is the biggest of the Plumbago because the vintage gave great heat and therefore the Plumbago shrubbery could not help but take over the entirety of the savoury elements in this nero d'Avola.
