This wine receives some skin contact at low temperature before being fermented and aged on the lees in stainless steel, giving it more body and complexity than is typical for Pinot Grigio. It offers citrus, nuts, and some fresh hay notes from the lees. Balanced and elegant, it will pair with fish, veggie soups, or pasta dishes.
