Local sparkler made from equal parts chardonnay and muscat grapes. In the glass it has perfumed floral, mango and pear aromas, leading to flavours of yellow mango and ripe pear with juicy citrus fruit tones. Lively and frothy on the palate with a refreshing finish. Great for celebrations, as an aperitif or with light meals.
