Established in 2011, Junction Craft Brewery set out to create high-quality, hand-crafted beer. This IPA pours a hazy yellow and has aromas and flavours of peach, toffee and hops, with hint of cut grass and herb. It's medium-bodied and hoppy with a long finish. Pair with sticky sweet ribs, Mexican food or spicy lamb skewers.
