Upfront and immediately appealing, the wine shows dark berry, star anise, rich floral, and toasted nut aromas on the nose. The palate is equally appealing with a weighty mouthfeel and fleshy texture, backed by loads of silky tannins, making it flavoursome and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2036.
