Baco noir is a signature grape in Ontario, and a Speck Brothers specialty. During prohibition, planes landed at the estate to collect loads of locally made whisky and wine. This rich baco embodies the spirit of those times. Smoke, dark fruit and black olive flavours complement roast turkey, glazed ham or savoury stuffing.
