A locally crafted pinot grigio, Pale straw yellow colour, it exhibits lovely aromas of nuts, pear, fresh fig and melon with similar flavours coming through on the palate. Medium-bodied and extra dry with a soft but refreshing acidity. This is well-suited for Cajun cuisine, pork tenderloin or create a delightful sangria.
