Bellwoods uses the prized New Zealand sauvignon blanc-like Nelson Sauvin hops in its Ghost Orchid IPA. Named after the endangered flower, it has powerful mandarine orange grape and pine aromas; full-bodied and fruity with pine citrus notes, not too bitter. Great with Cuban pork chops or salmon brochettes.
