This 70/30 blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged for three months in medium-toast Allier oak and then saw a further three months in bottle before release. It has power, no question, but it retains a definitive elegance and class. An herbal wine, with bold apple, pear, peach, and a fine mineral character. Pair with seafood or green salads.
