This wine is made from 100% Inzolia grapes grown in organically farmed vineyards refreshed by sea breezes in Sciacca on the southwestern Sicilian coast. Vinified in stainless steel on the fine lees, it's exuberantly aromatic, with notions of fresh flowers, grapefruit, and lemon zest.
