This unoaked Chard is always a winner. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, it has generous, plush orchard fruit over a pure Niagara minerality. Perfection on its own, it would also be a great pairing for lake fish or grilled chicken breast. (National Wine Awards of Canada,2024)
