A finely balanced riesling from one of Ontario's premier wine producers. It's pale yellow and has aroma and flavours of fresh lime and its blossoms, starfruit and pear with mineral tones. The palate is dry, medium-bodied with crisp acidity and notes of citrus and spice on the finish. Pair with light meat, fish or seafood.
