Gibson's Finest Rare takes time seriously. While Canadian whisky must be aged for a minimum of three years, this sophisticated dram spends at least twelve years developing character. An array of aromas and flavours leap from the glass, dominated by notes of burnt caramel, butterscotch pudding, apple and spice.
