Made from Niagara grapes distilled at Forty Creek in copper pot stills and then barrel aged on site, this offers wonderful aromatic richness with fruity cherry, floral and subtle oak. Floral flavours blend subtly with the woody and vanilla tones of oak. The overall effect is pleasing, balanced and smooth.
