The Lake of Bays Brewery has been brewing in cottage country since 2010. This New England IPA puts hop character in the foreground with guava, citrus zest, and black tea aromas. On the palate, intense hop flavours continue, with citrus and black tea flavours. Serve with fish tacos, Korean barbecue or jerk chicken.
