Jameson gets its smoothness through triple distillation, and in this Caskmates release, the spirit is finished in craft IPA barrels. The hop character emerges on the nose, and continues on the palate with citrusy and herbal notes. Pepper, vanilla and spice round out the finish. Sip on its own, or craft a classic cocktail.
