This inviting XO rum is aged for up to 18 years in bourbon barrels and finished in Sherry casks. You'll find aromas of toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla, followed by notes of coffee, orange zest and pepper on the palate. Medium-bodied and sweet with a long-lasting finish. Pair with apple-coffee cake.
