With all the freedom of a bird Henry of Pelham Winery is re-imagining Riesling. The gently pressed whole berries are fermented in stainless steel resulting in soft and tropical flavours of citrus, mango and tangerine. Perfect with ginger chicken or spicy shrimp dishes.
