This Platino is made from single-estate agaves matured to 12 years. Rested in oak barrels for 26 days, exhibiting aromas and flavours of melon, green apple and sweet herbs with notes of honeyed agave. The initial palate is sweet and fresh but the finish is dry with light peppered notes. Enjoy neat or in a cocktail.
