This family has been distilling in a historic chateau in the Ayguetinte village built by the Templars in the XIII century, since 1859. Refined aromas of vanilla, prune, dried fruits with hints of orange peel and cloves; the palate offers spice, licorice, brown sugar, hazelnuts, marmalade and a lingering smoky finish.
